FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Get to know the tools.

Answers about accounts, original content and reporting.

Can I manage more than one Pinterest account?

Yes. You can authorize multiple Pinterest accounts, bring their boards into the workspace and review their connection status together. The number of connected accounts is subject to your membership account allowance.

What can I include in a bulk publishing batch?

A batch can combine multiple library assets with selected account and board destinations. You choose a start time, spacing between publishing tasks and any repeat schedule, then review the batch before confirming it.

Which image formats does the Pin library support?

The library accepts JPG and PNG images. Each asset can keep a title, description, tags, destination link and project assignment so that the content is ready for a publishing batch.

Can invited clients change my content or publishing queue?

Invited client accounts have read-only access to the projects assigned to them. They can review the permitted project data but cannot add, edit or delete content or change publishing tasks.

Does Pinpilot help write Pin titles and descriptions?

Optional AI copy tools can draft titles and descriptions when the service is available in your workspace. Successful generation uses creative credits. Review the generated copy before including it in a publishing batch.

What do the publishing reports contain?

CSV delivery reports include task statuses, publication times and Pin links when available. The workspace also shows the Pinterest performance metrics available for connected accounts. Demo statistics are sample data and are labeled as such.
