FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
From setup to your first batch.
Practical answers for planning and following your publishing work.
What do I need before I can publish my first Pin?
Start with your own registered workspace, authorize a Pinterest account and choose a board. Upload an original JPG or PNG image, review its title, description and destination link, and make sure your membership and publishing credits allow the task.
Can I review the destination boards before scheduling?
Yes. The batch workflow lets you choose assets and the destination boards for each account, set the schedule and review the batch before confirming it. Each resulting task can then be followed in the publishing queue.
How can I stop work that is still in the queue?
Use the publishing queue to pause, resume or cancel queued tasks. A task that has already created a live Pin has a different status from work that is still waiting to publish, so review the task status before taking action.
What should I do when a publishing task fails?
Review the task status and reported error, resolve the account or content issue where necessary, and use the available retry control for the failed task. The queue records the outcome of each publishing attempt.
Will the demo let me complete a real publishing run?
The demo lets you inspect the workflow using sample data. It cannot connect Pinterest accounts, upload content, change tasks or publish live Pins. Sign in to your own registered account to work with your own content and connections.
