Terms of Service

The terms for using Pinpilot, the Pinterest operations workspace provided by Codaratec.

Effective

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to the Pinpilot website, demo and member workspace at https://pinpilot.codaratec.com. The service is provided by Codaratec. By registering an account, purchasing a plan or using the workspace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use those services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, and our Cookie Policy describes the browser cookies used by the service. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement. If you use Pinpilot for a business or client, you must have permission to act for that business or client and to manage the connected accounts and content.

Provide accurate account information and an email address you are authorized to use. Registration checks the format of your email address but does not verify ownership by email. Keep your password private, control access to your workspace and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not register using another person’s email address without permission or impersonate someone else.

Your permissions depend on your workspace role and membership. Some users, including client viewers, may have read-only access. Please use your own registered account for live operations.

3. Pinterest connections and publishing

Pinpilot helps you organize Pinterest accounts, assets, projects, publishing queues and available reports. To use live Pinterest features, authorize the accounts you are permitted to manage. You remain responsible for reviewing your content, destination links, selected boards and scheduling choices before publishing.

Follow Pinterest’s applicable terms, developer requirements and community rules. Do not use the service for spam, misleading content, unlawful activity, unauthorized automation or attempts to evade platform limits. A bulk schedule is not permission to publish repetitive or prohibited material.

Publishing depends on Pinterest authorization, account status, API availability, media accessibility and available credits. Tasks can be delayed, retried or fail. Scheduling a task does not guarantee a particular publication time, impressions, audience growth, engagement, sales or other business result. Review queue statuses and failures regularly.

You may disconnect accounts in the workspace and revoke Pinpilot’s authorization through Pinterest. Disconnecting does not delete content already published on Pinterest, and a request already being processed may complete.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the images, text, links and other content you provide. You give Codaratec the permission needed to host, process, display, transmit and publish that content to carry out your instructions and operate Pinpilot.

Only upload or publish content you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for intellectual property rights, privacy permissions, required advertising disclosures, factual claims and the legality of your content. Do not upload sensitive personal information, secrets or private documents as publishing assets.

Images used for publishing are made available through media URLs that Pinterest can retrieve. Such URLs are not a private document vault: anyone who obtains a public media URL may be able to access the image. Published Pins are also subject to the visibility settings and practices of Pinterest.

If optional AI copy generation is available and you choose to use it, relevant text is sent to the configured AI service. Review its output for accuracy, originality and suitability before use. AI output can contain errors and does not guarantee legal clearance or improved performance.

5. Demo access

The live demo uses a separate sample workspace with illustrative accounts, assets and metrics. It is provided for viewing the product and does not represent your own activity or a promise of results. Demo access is read-only: creating, editing, deleting and live publishing are not available through the demo identity.

Do not attempt to bypass these restrictions or treat sample accounts as accounts you control. Register a member account to create and manage your own workspace.

6. Plans, credits and payments

Available plans, account limits, feature access, credit balances and purchase options are shown in the workspace. Review the final price, currency, billing interval and any applicable taxes shown at checkout before paying. Features requiring an external integration are available only when that integration is configured and operational.

When payment services are enabled, payments are processed through Stripe. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the billing interval and price accepted at checkout unless cancelled. One-time credit purchases are separate from recurring subscriptions. Credit fulfillment follows confirmation of payment; simply returning from checkout does not establish that a payment succeeded.

Use the billing portal when available to manage payment details or cancel a subscription. If you cannot access it, contact [email protected] for help. The cancellation date and its effect on access or future billing are shown in the billing flow or explained by support. Cancelling billing does not by itself delete your workspace or remove Pins already published.

Send billing disputes or refund requests to the same address with enough information to identify the transaction. We review refund requests individually, including the transaction circumstances and any mandatory rights under applicable law. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Availability, security and suspension

We work to keep Pinpilot available and protect access to workspaces, but uninterrupted availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, revoked authorizations or platform changes can affect features. Keep your own copies of important original content and exported reports.

We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, security incidents, unlawful activity, nonpayment or a material breach of these terms. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error. To close a workspace or request deletion, contact support; account closure is handled through support rather than a promised automatic deletion tool.

8. Independent services and responsibility

Pinpilot is independent of Pinterest and is not sponsored, endorsed or operated by Pinterest. Third-party services, including Pinterest, Stripe and optional AI or storage providers, operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability or decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Codaratec is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses, lost profits or expected reach arising from service interruptions, publishing delays or third-party platform decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Changes and contact

We may update the service and these terms as the product develops. The effective date on this page identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an existing paid commitment will be communicated through the service or an appropriate contact channel. Any rights that apply to an existing purchase remain subject to applicable law.

If you have a question, dispute, content-rights concern or request relating to these terms, contact us so we can review it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions about using Pinpilot

A few practical answers about accounts, content and the terms that apply to your workspace.

Who can register for Pinpilot?

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into the service agreement. If you manage a business or client account, you must have permission to act for that business or client and use its content.

Do I keep ownership of the content I upload?

You retain your rights in your content. You give Codaratec permission to host, process, display, transmit and publish it as needed to operate Pinpilot and carry out your instructions. Only use content you own or are authorized to use.

Is Pinpilot affiliated with Pinterest?

No. Pinpilot is an independent service provided by Codaratec. You must authorize Pinterest accounts you are permitted to manage and follow Pinterest's applicable terms and platform rules.

Can I publish Pins or change data in the demo?

No. The demo is a separate, read-only sample workspace. It lets you explore illustrative accounts, assets, queues and reports without creating, editing, deleting or publishing. Register your own member account for an editable workspace.

How do I cancel billing or ask about a refund?

When billing is enabled, use the available Stripe billing portal to manage or cancel your subscription. Contact [email protected] if you need help or want to request a refund. Refund requests are reviewed individually, including any mandatory rights under applicable law. Cancelling billing does not itself delete your workspace or published Pins.
